Graham Bavington is a golf and hockey enthusiast who was born and raised in the oceanside community of Oak Bay and is lucky enough to call this wonderful place home today as well. He and Pam have been married since 2001, and they have two amazing kids, Sara and Matthew. Their gregarious pug Jasmine and tabby cat Lulu round out the family.

As a licensed REALTOR® since 2009, Graham has helped multitudes of buyers and sellers find their way home…with real estate services focussed primarily on the municipalities of Oak Bay, Victoria, Saanich, and around the Westshore. Graham has also led and been a team member in selling project pre-sales for a wide selection of developers of new and upcoming condominiums and homes in the downtown core and surrounding areas of Victoria and the Westshore as well.

Graham’s background before real estate includes finance positions at BMO Bank of Montreal’s Victoria Main Branch and Oak Bay Avenue locations as a Financial Planner for Investment and Retirement Planning…and in an extended stint as an Options Licensed Telephone Trader for TD Waterhouse and Charles Schwab Canada during a 4-year sojourn to Hamilton and Toronto.

Prior to that, Graham graduated from the University of Victoria in 1996 with a B.A. Major/Minor Degree in English and Psychology and graduated from Oak Bay High School in 1989.
