MATT

Born and raised in Victoria and growing up as a competitive athlete, Matt has travelled to and become familiar with, most communities on Vancouver Island specifically Victoria and surrounding areas. His keen knowledge of Victoria, the island and its communities gives Matt an advantage of being able to educate his clients no matter where they choose to call home. Matt obtained a lacrosse scholarship after high school which took him to Rochester, NY where he studied as a student athlete and obtained a BSc in Marketing. Returning home, Matt has now shifted his focus into Real Estate. Drawing from experiences and qualities that were instilled in him through sports, work, and schooling, Matt brings qualities like hard work, attention to detail, integrity, balance, strategy, and determination to his work in Real Estate. With a passion for serving the public Matt sets himself apart from others by providing the highest level of service; assessing the wants and needs of his clients, as well as their long-term goals in the market. Matt provides you with an experience that will leave you feeling like nothing was missed or overlooked and a solid plan has been put in place to help you sell your home to upgrade or downsize, to find your first home, your forever home or an even an amazing investment opportunity.

To unwind, Matt loves to stay active by playing various sports as well as being outdoors partaking in activities like hiking, camping, and exploring our beautiful island. He also appreciates his down time at home, to unwind, relax, or enjoy a good movie.
