TRACY

Tracy was born and raised in the small community of Kitimat in Northern BC where growing up winters were long and snow was abundant. She has lived in several urban centres over the years settling in Victoria in 1994. Tracy draws from her experience in several professions mainly Customer Service, Office Administration, Travel and Sales.

Having been a parent of a her son involved in Hockey and Lacrosse she has enjoyed fundraising, time keeping, coaching and early morning practices. (not so much ☺)

Weekends you will find her, reading, doing yoga, hairdressing (another past career) visiting with friends and family.

Tracy’s role – Tracy started initially as Closing Coordinator at Re/Max in December 2013 looking after the details once an offer had been accepted. Coordinating Closing and Possession particulars on each deal ensuring all parties have the information/documents they need for a smooth transition from seller to buyer. Since the inception of Realtii Victoria in November 2015 Tracy has added the role of Conveyancer. She corresponds with clients, realtors, lawyers, mortgage brokers and financial institutions ensuring open communication, all documents are received by parties as required and no small details are missed.
